Denise started with Heidbreder Building Group, LLC in the summer of 2017 as a Project Manager. Since starting with the company, Denise has managed over 164 projects generating over 5 million dollars in sales. Denise attended Colorado State University and has a passion for design management. After her studies at Colorado State University she worked as a visual merchandiser for various retail chains. Denise's exceptional design skills help to bring our customer's residential dream to life. Her enthusiasm for customer service has brought new capabilities to Heidbreder Building Group, LLC. Denise works directly with our customers and provides consultation on new housing trends. Denise will frequently offer ideas for incorporating sustainable materials into your dream projects.

 

Denise's talents have been recognized by our customers and we have received incredible feedback on her design, earth-friendly material suggestions, and customer service.  After seeing Denise excel in her role at HBG in Illinois, we concluded the next endeavor was to have Denise open a branch of the business in Arizona.

The Arizona branch opened in January of 2022.  With the housing market booming in the Valley, we knew our experience and level of service was needed.  Denise is quickly growing the business and developing great relationships with our subcontractors.
