Tim has been in the business of renovating single-family homes since 2002. For 21 years, he bought, renovated, and sold homes. In 2023, Tim chose to expand his professional scope, while staying in the industry he truly enjoys. Since June 2023, he has been working as a Project Manager for Heidbreder Building Group West.

Tim brings over two decades of industry knowledge and experience to the table for our clients. His background equips him with a deep understanding of construction workflows, contractor management, and client communication. Tim feels that sourcing efficient contractors, setting realistic timelines, and maintaining clear communication between all parties involved are key ingredients for a successful project. Tim takes great satisfaction in watching the transformation of dreams on paper turn in to reality.

 

Born and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Tim graduated from Indiana University, where he earned a B.S. in Computer Science. After college, his early career in Indianapolis included sales of business equipment and later orthopedic products for surgery.  In 1993, he and his wife moved to Phoenix, and it was here that he began exploring various sectors of the building industry.

When Tim is not managing jobsites, he enjoys hiking in Arizona’s mountains, playing golf, working out, and experimenting in aeroponic vegetable gardening. Tim is excited for what lies ahead and looks forward to collaborating with you on your next project.
